      The author applies a known collocation method and a quadrature method to the system of Jacobi polynomials to approximately solve the so-called fuzzy Fredholm-Volterra integro-differential equation \[ x'(s)= f(s) + \mu_{1}\int^{1}_{0}k_{1}(s,t)x(t)dt + \mu_{2}\int^{s}_{0}k_{2}(s,t)x(t)dt,\qquad 0\leq s\leq t\leq 1, \] with the fuzzy initial condition \( x(0)= x_{0}\).
