Let \(A\) be a non-Archimedean (n.A.) Banach algebra over a n.A. valued field \(\mathbb{K}\). A left (right) multiplier is continuous linear mapping \(\rho_l:A\to A\) (\(\rho_r:A\to A\)) such that \(\rho_l(ab)=\rho_l(a)b\) (resp. \(\rho_r(ab)=a\rho_l(b)\)) for all \(a,b\in A\). A multiplier on \(A\) is a pair \(\rho=(\rho_l,\rho_r)\) such that \(\rho_r(a)b=a\rho_l(b)\) for all \(a,b\in A\). One denotes by \(L(A), R(A)\) and \(M(A)\) the sets of all left, right multipliers and multipliers, respectively. Then \(L(A), R(A)\) are unital Banach algebras with respect to the usual norms of operators, both containing \(A\), and \(M(A)\) also becomes a unital Banach algebra with appropriate definitions of the algebraic operations and of the norm, containing \(A\) as well. If the algebra \(A\) has unit, then all these three multiplier algebras are isomorphic to \(A\), so the author considers only Banach algebras with approximate units. In the algebraic case, multiplier Hopf algebras were introduced and studied by van Daele (see, for instance, \textit{A. van Daele} and \textit{S. Wang} [Banach Cent. Publ. 98, 367--415 (2012; Zbl 1267.16030)]). In this paper, the author considers the case of multiplier Banach-Hopf algebras over a n.A. valued field \(\mathbb{K}\), including a description of a dual object and a biduality theorem. Explicit descriptions of multiplier Banach-Hopf algebras are given in three cases: {\parindent=0.7cm\begin{itemize}\item[(1)] the algebra \(A_1 = c_0(G_1)\) of \(\mathbb{K}\)-valued functions on a discrete group \(G_1\) tending to zero by the filter of complements of finite sets, with pointwise operations; \item[(2)] the algebra \(A_2 = C_0(G_2)\) of \(\mathbb{K}\)-valued continuous functions on a zero-dimensional locally compact group \(G_2\) admitting a \(\mathbb{K}\)-valued Haar measure; \item[(3)] the algebra \(A_3 = A(G_3)\) generated by the right regular representation of a discrete group \(G_3\). \end{itemize}}
