As the main result the author presents an algorithm to reconstruct crystallizations of 3-manifolds with a given fundamental group, where the group is given in terms of a set of two generators \(S\) and of two relations \(R\). For this purpose a weight of the pair \((S,R)\) is defined. This weight corresponds to the number of vertices of the crystallization. Particular 3-manifolds of this type are lens spaces and the manifolds \(M\langle m,n,k\rangle\) defined as quotients of \(S^3\) modulo \(\langle m,n,k\rangle= \langle x_1,x_2,x_3\mid x^m_1= x^n_2= x^k_3= x_1x_2x_3\rangle\). This includes the generalized quaternion space \(M\langle m,2,2\rangle\). These crystallizations are minimal and unique with respect to the given presentations. The crystallizations are illustrated by impressively large figures for the associated 4-colored graphs.
