The boundary value problem \(L:=L(q,U_0,U_1)\) of the following form is considered: \[ -y''+q(x)y=\lambda y, \quad 0<x<\pi, \] \[ R_{0 1}(\lambda)y'(0,\lambda)+R_{0 0}(\lambda)y(0,\lambda)=R_{1 1}(\lambda)y'(\pi,\lambda)+R_{1 0}(\lambda)y(\pi,\lambda)=0, \] where \(q(x)\) is a complex-valued function, \(q\in L_2(0,\pi);\) for each \(\xi=0,1\) the functions \(R_{\xi 1}(\lambda),\) \(R_{\xi 0}(\lambda)\) are mutually-prime polynomials with complex coefficients of degrees \(r_{\xi 1},\) \(r_{\xi 0},\) respectively, and \(r_{\xi 1}\neq r_{\xi 0}.\) Moreover, the polynomials \(R_{\xi 1}(\lambda),\,\xi=0,1,\) are normalized. The uniqueness theorem for the following half inverse problem is proved: given the spectrum of \(L,\) find \(q(x)\) on \((\pi/2,\pi)\) along with the polynomials \(R_{1 k}(\lambda),\,k=0,1,\) provided that \(q(x)\) on \((0,\pi/2)\) and \(R_{0 k}(\lambda),\,k=0,1,\) are known a priori, and \(r_{01}\geq r_{11}.\) Moreover, the author proves uniqueness theorems for inverse problems of recovering \(q(x)\) on the entire interval \((0,\pi)\) along with the coefficients \(R_{1k}(\lambda),\,k=0,1,\) from the so-called interior spectral data that generalize the interior spectral data for the classical Sturm-Liouville operator (see [\textit{K. Mochizuki} and \textit{I. Trooshin}, J. Inverse Ill-Posed Probl. 9, No. 4, 425--433 (2001; Zbl 1035.34008)]).
