The paper studies the differential inclusion \[ x'(t)\in -N(C;x(t))+f(t,x(t))\text{ for a.e. } t\in [0,T],\quad x(0)=x_0\in C,\tag{1} \] where \(H\) is a Hilbert space, \(C\subset H\) is a locally prox-regular set, \(f(.,.):[0,T]\times H\to H\) is a given mapping measurable with respect to the first variable, locally Lipschitz with respect to the second variable and \(N(C,.)\) is the normal cone of \(C\). It is considered the associated regularized differential equation \[ x'_{\lambda }(t)\in -1/2\lambda \cdot \nabla d_C^2(x_{\lambda }(t))+f(t,x_{\lambda }(t)),\quad x_{\lambda }(0)=x_0,\tag{2} \] and, in the main result of the paper, it is proved that problem (2) has an unique solution \(x_{\lambda }(.)\) defined on an interval which does not depend on \(\lambda \) and \(x_{\lambda }(.)\) converges uniformly to the unique solution of problem (1).
