The uniformization conjecture says that any complete noncompact Kähler manifold with positive holomorphic bisectional curvature is biholomorphic to the complex Euclidean space. See [\textit{S.-T. Yau}, Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 52, Part 2, 619--625 (1991; Zbl 0739.32001)] for the results. The Ricci flow technique is very important to attack this problem. See the references therein for the related works. In this article, the authors pose the following question:NEWLINENEWLINE Given any complete \(\mathrm U(n)\)-invariant Kähler metric on \({\mathbb C}^n\) with non-negative holomorphic bisectional curvature, can one find a complete solution to the Kähler-Ricci flow with \(\mathrm U(n)\)-symmetry?NEWLINENEWLINEThis is motivated by a short-time existence theorem for any complete non-compact Riemannian manifold with non-negative complex sectional curvature obtained by Cabezas-Rivas and Wilking. The authors study \(\mathrm U(n)\)-invariant Kähler metrics on \({\mathbb C}^n\) with different kind of non-negativity of curvature. Section \(2\) is to construct examples of \(\mathrm U(n)\)-invariant Kähler metrics on \({\mathbb C}^n\) with positive unbounded curvature by a perturbation method. Section \(3\) is to discuss non-negativity of curvature on \({\mathbb C}^n\) preserved by any complete Kähler-Ricci flow with \(\mathrm U(n)\)-symmetry. Section \(4\) is to study the relation of the Cabezas-Rivas and Wilking's Ricci flow and a Kähler-Ricci flow on \({\mathbb C}^n\). As a consequence they have produced many examples affirmative to the above question. So it would be helpful to study the uniformization problem.
