Let \(G\) be a finite \(p\)-solvable group for some prime \(p\) and suppose that the set of \(p\)-regular conjugacy class sizes is \(\{1,m,mn\}\) with \((m,n)=1\) and \(m\) coprime to \(p\). It is shown that \(m=q^b\) for some prime \(q\) and that every \(p\)-complement \(H\) of \(G\) (if such an \(H\) exists) satisfies either 1) \(H=Q\times K\), with \(Q\in\text{Syl}_q(H)\) and \(K\leq\zeta(G)\) with \(n=p^a\); or 2) \(H=QK\) with \(K\) a normal Abelian \(q\)-complement of \(G\) and \(Q\in\text{Syl}_q(H)\); moreover \(K\) is a normal subgroup of \(G\).
