Let \(\rho: G\to \text{GL} (V)\) be a rational representation of a reductive linear algebraic group \(G\) defined over \(\mathbb{C}\) in a finite dimensional complex vector space \(V\). Let \(\sigma_1, \dots,\sigma_n\) be generators of \(\mathbb{C}[V]^C\) and \(\sigma:V \to\mathbb{C}^n\) be defined by \(\sigma_1,\dots, \sigma_n\). Let \(V/G\) be the categorial quotient and \(\pi: V\to V/G\) defined by \(\mathbb{C}[V]^G\to\mathbb{C}[V]\). Let \(c:\mathbb{R}\to V/G\) be a generic smooth curve. It is proved that for any \(t_0\in\mathbb{R}\) there exist \(N\) such that \(t\to c(t_0\pm(t-t_0)^N)\) allows a smooth lift to the representation space near \(t_0\). As an application it is proved that any generic curve in \(V/G\) admits locally absolutely continuous lifts.
