The authors studies the envelope attractor of non-strict multivalued dynamical systems. Two main constructions are presented. The first strict multivalued semiflow is attained by extending the non-strict multivalued semiflow successively to be strict at the dyadic numbers, which means that the energy inequality is satisfied piecewise on successively finer dyadic subintervals. The second one is attained by defining a strict multivalued dynamical system with directly trajectories and their concatenations. Finally, the authors illustrate the applications of their results by two examples. The first result is illustrated by 3D Navier-Stokes equations; the second by reaction-diffusion equations.
