A new \(H(\cdot, \cdot)\)-\(\eta\)-cocoercive operator and its resolvent operator are introduced in this paper. Properties of these new operators are investigated and the results are applied to solve a generalized set-valued variational-like inclusion problem in Banach space. The results of this paper are new and generalize many known results.
