The article considers the fundamental problem of a modification of system's critical properties by a noise. The model with the hierarchical correlation structure \(I_{k,p}=\{(k-1)2^p+1,\dots , k2^p\}\), \(p\in \mathbb{N}\cup\{0\}\), \(k\in \mathbb{N}\), and Gaussian disorder is considered. Additionally, this hierarchical structure determines a spatial correlation governed by two parameters \(0<\kappa<1\) (it directly defines the correlation strength) and \(B\in (1,2)\), which defines the geometry of the diamond lattice. The overview of the principal results can be formulated as follows: In the region \(\kappa<1/2\), neither the annealed nor the quenched model has any phase transition; for \(\kappa<1/2\wedge B^2/4\), the annealed model has the same critical behavior as the pure one, and, finally, the region above the parabola \(\kappa=B^2/4\) corresponds to the different behavior of the annealed and the pure models (the theorem, stating that the partition function at the critical point does not converge to 1, is proven).
