On twisted products Finsler manifolds (Q373475)

In this paper, the authors study twisted product Finsler manifolds. After introducing horizontal and vertical distributions on tangent bundle of a twisted product Finsler manifold, they study the geometrical properties of this manifold such as C-reducible, and semi-C-reducible. They obtain the Riemannian curvature and some non-Riemann curvatures such as Berwald curvature and mean Berwald curvature of twisted product Finsler manifolds. Further they establish some relations between these objects and their corresponding objects on the manifolds \(M_1\) and \(M_2\). Also, it is proved that every twisted product Finsler manifold with isotropic mean Berwald curvature is a weakly Berwald manifold. Finally, a study is made on locally dually flat twisted product Finsler manifolds. It is proved that there does not exist any locally dually flat proper twisted product Finsler manifold.
