    The author studies a special class of integral equations which includes integral equations of the form \[ x(t) - \sum_{i=1}^r \lambda_i \int_\alpha ^t x \left( F_i(u)\right ) dq_i(u) = f(t), \] where \(\alpha, t \in [c; d]\), \(f, F_i \in C([c; d])\), \(F_i : [c; d] \rightarrow [c; d]\), \(q_i\) is a function of bounded variation. He exploits a specially constructed algebraic calculus. A number of definitions is needed to state the results. I cite only a partial result with simple formulation. Let \(\mu_i \in [-1; 1]\). The equation \[ x(t) - \sum_{i=1}^r \lambda_i \int_0 ^t x(\mu_i u) du = 1,~ t\in [-1; 1], \] has the solution \[ x(t) = 1 + \sum_{n=1}^\infty \left( \prod_{k=0}^{n-1} \sum_{i=1} ^r \lambda_i \mu_i^k \right )\frac{t^n}{n!}. \]
