The author considers the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation \[ \frac{d}{dt} u+i(-\Delta u+V(x))u=\nu (\Delta u-\gamma _{R}f_{p}(\left| u\right| ^{2})u-i\gamma _{l}f_{q}(\left| u\right| ^{2})u)+\sqrt{\nu }\eta (t,x) \] posed in the torus \(\mathbb{T}^{d}\) which corresponds to assuming periodic conditions. Here, the potential \(V\) is sufficiently smooth, with values greater than or equal to 1. The constants \(\gamma _{R}\) and \(\gamma _{l}\) are nonnegative and satisfy \(\gamma _{R}+\gamma _{l}=1\). The functions \(f_{p} \) and \(f_{q}\) are respectively given as \(f_{p}(r)=\left| r\right| ^{p}\) and \(f_{q}(r)=\left| r\right| ^{q}\) and smoothened out near 0, for \(p\) and \(q\) nonnegative real numbers, and \(\eta (t,x)=\frac{d}{dt} \sum_{j=1}^{\infty }b_{j}\mathbf{\beta }_{j}(t)e_{j}(x)\) where the real coefficients \(b_{j}\) decrease sufficiently fast to 0 when \(j\) increases. The \(\mathbf{\beta }_{j}\) are the standard complex Wiener processes and the \( e_{j}\) are the real trigonometric base of \(L_{2}(\mathbb{T}^{d})\). An initial condition \(u(0,x) =u_{0}(x)\) is assumed. The author considers the 1D case. Because the noise \(\eta \) is white in time and sufficiently smooth, it is possible to consider the slow time \(\tau =\nu t\) and to rewrite the above equation. It is known that this modified problem has a unique solution \(u^{\nu }(\tau ,x)\) and that the modified equation has a unique stationary measure \(\mu ^{\nu }\), under some hypotheses on the parameters. The purpose of the paper is twofold. First the author describes the limiting behaviour of the solution \(u^{\nu }\) as \(\nu \) tends to 0 on long-time intervals \(0\leq \tau \leq T\). Then the author describes the limiting behaviour of the stationary measure \(\mu ^{\nu }\) as \(\nu \) tends to 0. The paper starts with the description of the properties of the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation. The author introduces the notions of ``nonresonant potential'' and ``nonresonant vector''. He describes the spectral properties of the operator \(A_{V}=-\Delta +V\). In a further step, the author proves an averaging result concerning the solution of the modified equation and its Fourier series, which leads to the construction of the effective equations, the author proving a uniqueness result for this effective equations. He then considers stationary solutions of the modified problem and the paper ends with considerations on a modified problem concerning non-viscous damping. For the proofs of his results, the author frequently quotes tools from his previous papers [Geom. Funct. Anal. 20, No. 6, 1431--1463 (2010; Zbl 1231.35205)] and [the author and \textit{A. L. Piatnitski}, J. Math. Pures Appl. (9) 89, No. 4, 400--428 (2008; Zbl 1148.35077)].
