The authors study the abstract second order complete elliptic differential equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINEu''(x) +(L_\omega -M_\omega)u'(x) + \frac{1}{4}((L_\omega -M_\omega)^2 - (L_\omega + M_\omega)^2)u(x) = f(x)\,\, \text{ on}\,\, (0, 1)NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with Dirichlet boundary conditions \(u(0)=u_0,\;u(1) = u_1\). \(L_{\omega}\) and \(M_{\omega}\) are two closed linear operators depending on some positive parameter \({\omega}\). Existence, uniqueness and maximal regularity of the strict solution are obtained. The study is performed in \(C^\theta ([0,1]; X)\).
