Existence of nonoscillatory solutions to second-order nonlinear neutral dynamic equations on time scales (Q380200)

This paper deals with second-order neutral dynamic equations of the form \[ [ r(t)x(t)+p(t)x(g(t))^{\Delta }]^{\Delta }+f(t,x(h(t)))=0. \] By using Kranoselskii's fixed point theorem, a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of an eventually positive solution \(x(t)\) with \(\lim_{t\to \infty} x(t)=a>0\) is obtained. Moreover, sufficient conditions for the existence of an eventually positive solution \( x(t)\) with \(\lim_{t\to \infty} x(t)=0\) are given.
