      The following theorem is proved. If \(p>1\), \(\frac1p+\frac1q=1\), \(\alpha,\beta>0\), \(\phi(x)=x^{-p \beta-1}\), \(\psi(y) = y^{-q \beta-1}\), \(f\in L_{\phi}^p(0, \infty)\), \(g\in L_{\psi}^q(0, \infty)\), \(\|f\|_{p, \phi}, \| g\|_{q, \psi }>0\) then: NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \int_0^{\infty}\!\!\! \int_0^{\infty} e^{- \alpha xy}\tanh(\beta xy)f(x)g(y)dx\,dy\leq C(\alpha, \beta) \|f\|_{p, \phi}, \| g\|_{q, \psi }. NEWLINE\]NEWLINE An exact value for the best possible \(C(\alpha, \beta)\) is given [it is given by (2.6), not (2.5) as stated].
