The author studies boundary value problems for a generalized biaxisymmetric Helmholtz equation in the half-strip D = (0, a) \(\times\) (0,+\(\infty\)). For particular boundary conditions that depend on equation parameters the author proves the uniqueness of a solution and provides an explicit formula using the Fourier-Bessel series expansion and the Hankel transform. There are no comments about the physical meaning of these boundary value problems.
