In a first part, the authors introduce and discuss Sobolev spaces adapted to the canonical measure and Delta-differentiation on time scales. A discussion of critical point theory and variational principles follows. Then the three main theorems state the existence of weak solutions of a nonautonomous system of second-order equations with impulsive effects on time scales.
