The paper deals with the solvability of the Dirichlet, Neumann and the so-called Zaremba boundary value problems for harmonic functions in plane domains whose boundaries admit oscillating singularities. Applying conformal mappings of domains with boundaries formed by sectorial curves, logarithmic spirals and power type spirals onto the unit disk, the problems mentioned above are reduced to Toeplitz type integral equations on the unit circle with discontinuous symbols reflecting initial boundary singularities. Solvability and uniqueness conditions are obtained and explicit solutions are constructed.
