Let \(D\subset\mathbb C^n\) be a bounded strictly convex domain with \(\mathcal C^\omega\)-boundary, \(n\geq2\). For \(w_0\in\partial D\) let \(\mathfrak L_{w_0}\) be the family of all complex lines through \(w_0\). Let \(f\in\mathcal C^\omega(\partial D)\) be such that for every line \(\ell\in\mathfrak L_{w_0}\) with \(\ell\cap D\neq\emptyset\) there exists a function \(f_\ell\in\mathcal (\overline D\cap\ell)\) such that \(f_\ell=f\) on \(\partial D\cap\ell\) and \(f_\ell\) is holomorphic in the relative interior of \(\overline D\cap\ell\). The main result of the paper states that then \(f\) extends holomorphically to \(D\).
