In a recent paper, a Hölder continuous dissipative (weak) solution to the incompressible Euler equations on the torus \({\mathbf T}^3\) was obtained. In the present paper, \(h\)-principles for the Euler equations in 2D and 3D dimensions are established, by using the convex iteration procedure, introduced in a) [\textit{C. De Lellis} and \textit{L. Székelyhidi jun.}, Ann. Math. (2) 170, No. 3, 1417--1436 (2009; Zbl 1350.35146)]; b) [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 195, No. 1, 225--260 (2010; Zbl 1192.35138)]. A strategy to obtain exact solutions to the Euler equations is given, based on the iterative procedure.
