      The paper investigates behavior (as \(\varepsilon \rightarrow 0^{+}\)) of solutions to the problem associated with the family of the equations \(u_{tt}+\Lambda _{\epsilon }u+\Lambda _{\varepsilon }^{\delta }u_t=f(u)\) in \((0,+\infty )\times \Omega \) with the Dirichlet conditions, where \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^N\) (\(N\geq 3\)) is a bounded domain with the sufficiently smooth boundary, \(\Lambda _{\varepsilon }=-\text{div}(a_{\varepsilon }(x)\nabla )\), \(\delta \in (\frac{1}{2},1)\), \(\varepsilon \in [0,1]\), and the functions \(a_{\varepsilon }\in L^{\infty }(\Omega )\) converge uniformly to \(a_0\in L^{\infty }(\Omega )\) as \(\varepsilon \rightarrow 0^{+}\). Under some assumptions on the functions \(a_{\varepsilon }(x)\) and \(f(u)\) the authors prove that the rate of convergence of the global attractors to these problems, as well as to their eigenvalues, is proportional to the distance of the coefficients \(\| a_{\varepsilon }-a_0\| _{L^{\infty }(\Omega )}\).
