Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded John domain in \(\mathbb R^d\) (flexible cone condition) with \(0 \in \Omega\). Let \(g(x)\) and \(v(x)\) be weights of type \(|x|^\beta \big|\log |x| \big|^{-\alpha} \rho \big( \big|\log |x| \big| \big)\) where \(\rho\) stands for a perturbation. The paper studies several types of widths and numbers (Kolmogorov, Gelfand, approximation) of compact embeddings of \(W^r_{p,g} (\Omega)\), normed by \(\| g^{-1} \nabla^r f \, | L_p (\Omega)\|\), into \(L_{q,v} (\Omega)\), normed by \(\| vf \, | L_p (\Omega)\|\). The main assertions are collected in Theorem 1. There is a delicate interplay between the parameters of the spaces involved and the weights (limiting situations).
