Componentwise linear modules over a Koszul algebra (Q395647)

The authors in the paper under review considered the notion of componentwise linear module over a Koszul algebra. The results in the papers are motivated and analogous to the following results. In his thesis, Römer (see also [\textit{S. B. Iyengar} and \textit{T. Römer}, J. Algebra 322, No. 9, 3212--3237 (2009; Zbl 1184.13039)] showed that over a Koszul algebra, a module is componentwise linear if and only if it is Koszul. Therefore, Theorem 2.16 can be considered as a different reformulation of Römer's result. Other results, Theorem 2.11 about the Betti numbers of componentwise linear modules, and Theorem 3.1 regarding the notion of linear quotients, are analogous to the results of \textit{J. Herzog} and \textit{T. Hibi} [Nagoya Math. J. 153, 141--153 (1999; Zbl 0930.13018)] and \textit{J. Herzog} et al. [Ark. Mat. 46, No. 1, 69--75 (2008; Zbl 1167.13009)]. Theorem 3.7 was treated in the paper [\textit{L. Sharifan} and \textit{M. Varbaro}, Matematiche 63, No. 2, 257--265 (2008; Zbl 1206.13020)].
