    In this paper the author consider the equation \[ -\Delta _{p}u=f\left( x,u\right) \] known as subdiffusive \(p\)-Lapalcian, where the function \(f\) is dominated by the power \(u^{p-1}\) as \(u\rightarrow \infty .\) The first result is a weak comparison principle between a sub-solution \(u\) and a super-solution \(v\). The result requires that the involved sub and super-solutions \(u\) and \(v\) are positive and the ratio \(\frac{u}{v}\) is bounded. On the other hand the author assumes that the composite functions \(f\left( x,u\left( x\right) \right) \) and \(f\left( x,v\left( x\right) \right) \) are measurable, and the products \(f\left( x,u\left( x\right) \right) \varphi \left( x\right) \) and \( f\left( x,v\left( x\right) \right) \varphi \left( x\right) \) are summable for all non-negative \(\varphi \in W_{0}^{1,p}\left( \Omega \right) \), and \( \Omega \subseteq \mathbb{R}^{N},N\geq 2\) is an open set possibly non-smooth and unbounded. As an application, constrained radial symmetry for overdetermined problems is obtained.
