      [For the entire collection see Zbl 0745.00061.] A three-web \(W\) given on a differentiable manifold \(X\), \(\dim X=2r\), defines a \(G_ W\)-structure on \(X\) with structure group \(G=GL(r)\). At each point \(x\in X\) the fundamental tensors \(c_ 1,\dots,c_ k\) of this \(G_ W\)-structure generate local algebras \(W_ k(x)\) of orders \(k=2,3,\dots,n,\dots\). A \(G_ W\)-structure is called closed of order \(k\) if \(c_ s=f(c_ 2,\dots,c_ k)\), \(s>k\). It is proved that if a \(G_ W\)-structure is closed of order \(k\), then the local algebra \(W_ k(x_ 0)\) given at the point \(x_ 0\) defines a three-web \(W\) on \(X\). \(G_ W\)- structures connected with three-webs, on which one of the classical closure conditions is satisfied, are closed. In particular, for webs \((T):k=1\) and the \(W_ 2\)-algebra is trivial; for webs \((R)\): \(k=2\) and the \(W_ 2\)-algebra is a Lie algebra; for webs \((B_ 1\& B_ r)\): \(k=2\) and the \(W_ 2\)-algebra is a Mal'cev algebra; for webs \((B_ 1)\), \((B_ r)\) and \((B_ m)\): \(k=3\) and the \(W_ 3\)-algebras are Bol algebras; for webs \((H):k=4\) and the \(W_ 4\)-algebra is called the hexagonal algebra.
