The author considers the Cauchy problem NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\begin{aligned} \Biggl({\partial\over\partial t}- \Delta\Biggr) U(x,t) &= 0,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^d,\;t> 0,\\ U(x,0) &= u(x),\end{aligned}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(u\) belongs to the dual space of the Gel'fand-Shilov space \(S^r_r(\mathbb{R}^d)\) with \(r\geq 1/2\). It is proved that each solution has an expansion NEWLINE\[NEWLINEU(x,t)\sim \sum^\infty_{k=0} {t^k\over k!} \Delta^k u(x).NEWLINE\]NEWLINE In the case \(1/2\leq r< 1\), for any \(\varphi\in S^r_r(\mathbb{R}^d)\) the asymptotic expansions NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\langle U(\cdot,t), \varphi\rangle\sim \sum^\infty_{t=0} {t^k\over k!} \langle\Delta^k u,\varphi\rangleNEWLINE\]NEWLINE are Borel summable on some circle of the complex plane. The result is applied to the asymptotic expansions of the Weyl transform with Planck's constant \(\hbar\) in some state.
