Let \(Y\) be a smooth projective variety. There may exist a noncommutative associative algebra \(A\) such that the derived category of coherent sheaves on \(Y\) is equivalent to the derived category of \(A\)-modules. Then counting invariants of \(A\)-modules are called the noncommutative Donaldson-Thomas invariants of \(Y\), they generalize counting invariants of ideal sheaves. In a previous paper [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2011, No. 17, 3885--3938 (2011; Zbl 1250.14021)] the author and \textit{H. Nakajima} derived a wall-crossing formula for the noncommutative Donaldson-Thomas invariants of small crepant resolutions \(Y\) of toric Calabi-Yau 3-folds \(X\) (\(A\) is known as the noncommutative crepant resolution of \(X\)). In this paper the author extends the formula to refined open noncommutative Donaldson-Thomas invariants for a subclass of such 3-folds, namely \(X=\{xy=z^{L_+}w^{L_-}\}\subset\mathbb{C}^4\) with \(L_+>0\) and \(L_-\geq0\). The generating function of the new invariants is indexed by two tuples of Young diagrams and a certain bijection \(\theta\) from half-integers into themselves. Although all considerations of this paper are purely combinatorial the new invariants can also be interpreted geometrically [Geom. Topol. 15, No. 3, 1509--1543 (2011; Zbl 1229.14040)] with \(\theta\) labeling a chamber in the space of Bridgeland stability conditions. A choice of indices determines a dimer configuration in the plane, which in turn specifies an \(A\)-module. The generating function coincides with the Euler characteristic of the moduli space of these modules. Combinatorial operation known as dimer shuffling is then used to prove the wall-crossing formula under a change of \(\theta\). Finally, it is shown that in a certain limit the new invariants reduce to the usual refined topological vertex.
