The paper under review considers the following situation: \(M\) is a homology \(3\)-sphere admitting a Seifert fibration \(\Sigma\left(a_1,\dots,a_n\right)\) with \(a_1\dots a_n>0\) in the notation of [\textit{D. Eisenbud} and \textit{W. Neumann}, Three-dimensional link theory and invariants of plane curve singularities, Annals of Mathematics Studies, No. 110. Princeton, New Jersey: Princeton University Press (1985; Zbl 0628.57002)], \(L\subset M\) is a link that is a finite union of fibers of the Seifert fibration, the complement \(M\setminus L\) is a surface bundle over the circle (hence \(L\) determines an open book decomposition), \(\xi\) is a contact structure supported by that open book decomposition. Then it is proved that \(\xi\) is Stein fillable. More generally if \(L\) is a fibered multilink, then it is proved that \(\xi\) is Stein fillable if the orientations of all the components of \(L\) coincide with, or are opposite to, the orientation of the Seifert fibration. If this assumption does not hold, then \(\xi\) is shown to be overtwisted. There is also some discussion of the case \(a_1\dots a_n<0\). As a consequence the author obtains criteria for fibered Seifert links in \(S^3=\Sigma\left(a_1,a_2\right)\) to decide whether the compatible contact structure is tight or not.
