Summary: We will give the Lebesgue-Radon-Nikodym theorem with respect to weighted \(p\)-adic \(q\)-measure on \(\mathbb Z_p\). In the special case \(q = 1\) we can derive the same result as \textit{T. Kim} et al. [Abstr. Appl. Anal. 2011, Article ID 637634, 7 p. (2011; Zbl 1262.11101)] and [J. Appl. Math. Inform. 30, No. 1-2, 211--217 (2012; Zbl 1262.11100)].
