Teichmüller space of genus two based on Schmutz Schaller's hyperbolic polygons (Q418266)

This paper gives an explicit description of various coordinate systems on the Teichmüller space \(T_2\) of genus two surfaces. It uses an idea of canonical polygons due to \textit{P. Schmutz Schaller} [Enseign. Math., II. Sér. 45, No. 1--2, 169--187 (1999; Zbl 0964.30027)]. An extraordinary result is the explicit computation of a subset of \(\mathbb R^7\) which can be identified with \(T_2\).
