The authors consider the delay difference equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \Delta y(n) = a(n)y(n) + \sum_1^k b_i(n)|y(\tau_i(n))|^{r_i}sgn\;y(\tau_i(n))\;,n\geq n_0 \;,\;\tau_i(n)<n NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Under some assumptions among which \(0<|1+a(n)|<1\) they deduce an asymptotic estimate for the solutions of the equation. Particular cases as examples are considered.
