The authors study \(k\)-parabolic arrangements, a generalization of \(k\)-equal arrangements for finite real reflection groups. Given a \(k\)-parabolic subspace arrangement, the authors construct a polyhedral complex with the same homotopy type as the complement of the subspace arrangement; the face poset of this complex is described. Discrete Morse theory is applied to obtain a minimal cell complex for the complement. Combinatorial interpretations are given for the Betti numbers, and the authors show that the homology groups are torsion-free. Various reflection groups are studied in detail. The paper concludes with some open questions.
