Let \(X\) be a normal space and \(Y\) be a completely metrizable space. The following is the main result in the paper: \textbf{Theorem.} Let \(\Psi:X\to {\mathcal C}(Y)\) be an usco mapping having the locally-finite lifting property. Then, the following are equivalent: (P1) \(\Psi\) has a zero-graph; (P2) there is a sequence \((\Phi_n:X\to {\mathcal F}(Y); n< \omega)\) of lsc mappings such that \(\Psi(x)=\cap\{\Phi_n(x); n< \omega\}\), \(x\in X\); (P3) \(\Psi\) has an usco factorisation. The paper also treats the case when no extra conditions upon the domain are assumed.
