The author obtains necessary and sufficient conditions for a holomorphic self-map \(\varphi\) of the unit disk \(\mathbb{D}\), a holomorphic function \(g\) on \(\mathbb{D}\) and a nonnegative integer \(n\), so that the integral operator \[ C_{\varphi,g}^{(n)}(f)(z)=\int_0^z f^{(n)}(\varphi(\zeta))\,g(\zeta)\,d\zeta \] becomes a bounded (compact) operator from \(H^\infty\) to a weighted Zygmund space \(\mathcal{Z}_\mu\). Let \(\mu:[0,1)\to\mathbb{R}\) be a positive continuous function such that, for some \(0<t_0<t_1\), \(\mu(r)/(1-r)^{t_0}\) is a decreasing function near 1 and tends to 0 if \(r\to 1\), and \(\mu(r)/(1-r)^{t_1}\) is an increasing function near 1 which tends to \(\infty\) if \(r\to 1\). The weighted Zygmund space \(\mathcal{Z}_\mu\) consists of holomorphic functions \(f\) on \(\mathbb{D}\) such that \[ \sup_{z\in\mathbb{D}}\,\mu(|z|)| f''(z)|<\infty. \] The space \(\mathcal{Z}_{\mu,0}\) is the space of functions \(f\) in \(\mathcal{Z}_{\mu}\) satisfying \(\lim_{|z|\to 1}\,\mu(|z|)|f''(z)|=0\). If \(\mu(r)=(1-r)^{2-s}\) with \(0<s<2\), then the space \(\mathcal{Z}_\mu\) coincides with the classical holomorphic Lipschitz-Zygmund space \(\Lambda_s\). If \(s=0\), \(\mathcal{Z}_\mu\) is the Bloch space. Observe that, if \(f\in H^\infty\), then \[ \mu(|z|)\left|\left(C_{\varphi,g}^{(n)}(f)\right)''(z)\right|\leq C\|f\|_\infty(\Phi(z)+\Psi(z)), \] where \[ \Phi(z)=\frac{\mu(|z|)|g(z)||\varphi'(z)|}{(1-|\varphi(z)|^2)^{n+1}} \quad\text{ and }\quad \Psi(z)=\frac{\mu(|z|)|g'(z)|}{(1-|\varphi(z)|^2)^{n}}. \] The main results proved in this paper are: (1) The operator \(C_{\varphi,g}^{(n)}\) is bounded from \(H^\infty\) to \(\mathcal{Z}_{\mu}\) if and only if \(\Phi\) and \(\Psi\) are bounded functions on \(\mathbb{D}\). (2) A bounded operator \(C_{\varphi,g}^{(n)}: H^\infty \to \mathcal{Z}_{\mu}\) is compact if and only if \[ \lim_{|\varphi(z)|\to 1}\Phi(z)=\lim_{|\varphi(z)|\to 1}\Psi(z)= 0. \] (3) The operator \(C_{\varphi,g}^{(n)}\) is compact from \(H^\infty\) to \(\mathcal{Z}_{\mu,0}\) if and only if \[ \lim_{|z|\to 1}\Phi(z)=\lim_{|z|\to 1}\Psi(z)= 0. \]
