A rational semigroup \(G\) is a semigroup generated by non-constant rational functions with composition of functions as semigroup operation. An entire semigroup consists of non-constant entire functions. The Fatou set \(F(G)\) of \(G\) is defined as the set of all \(z \in \overline{\mathbb{C}} = \mathbb{C} \cup \{\infty\}\) such that \(G\) is normal in a neighbourhood of \(z\), and the Julia set \(J(G)\) of \(G\) is given by \(J(G) = \overline{\mathbb{C}} \setminus F(G)\). Dynamics on semigroups is a natural generalization of iteration of a single rational or entire function \(f\) and has attracted great attention in the last 15 years. In the case of a single function \(f\) it is well known that the repelling periodic points of \(f\) (these are the points \(z_0 \in \mathbb{C}\) such that \(f^p(z_0)=z_0\) for some \(p \in \mathbb{N}\) and \(|(f^p)'(z_0)|>1\)) are dense in the Julia set \(J(f)\). For \(p=1\) such a point is called a fixed point of \(f\). If \(f \in G\) and \(z_0\) is a repelling fixed point of \(f\), then \(z_0 \in J(G)\). The aim of this paper is to give an elementary proof of the fact that the repelling fixed points are dense in \(J(G)\) provided \(G\) is not elementary, i.e., \(J(G)\) contains at least three points. The main tool in the proof is the famous Zalcman lemma. For Part I see [J. Difference Equ. Appl. 16, No. 5--6, 763--771 (2010; Zbl 1202.37069)].
