The author studies the initial value problem for a general inhomogeneous linear \(1/p\)-PDE with constant coefficients in two complex variables. He constructs the formal solution of this problem and study its Gevrey asymptotic properties. The author obtains necessary and sufficient conditions for the multisummability of formal solutions in terms of analytic continuation properties and growth estimates of some functions connected with the inhomogeneity.
