The authors study a general Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with multiple delays. Using degree theory and linear matrix inequality technique, the authors first establish the existence of an equilibrium point and then by constructing a Lyapanov functional, they provide a sufficient condition for the equilibrium point to be globally exponentially stable. They prove these results without assuming the differentiability of the behaved functions and the monotonicity of the activation functions.
