Almost automorphic solutions of hyperbolic evolution equations (Q437705)

This paper deals with the existence of almost automorphic solutions to the semilinear equation \[ u'(t)=Au(t)+f(t,u(t)), \] where \(A\) is the infinitesimal generator of a hyperbolic semigroup on a Banach space \(X\), and \(f:\mathbb{R}\times X_{\alpha}\to X\), where \(X_{\alpha}\) is an intermediate space between \(D(A)\) and \(X\), \(\alpha \in (0,1)\). In addition, \(f\) is almost automorphic with respect to the first variable. This problem goes back to the reviewer's paper [Semigroup Forum 69, No. 1, 80--86 (2004; Zbl 1077.47058)]. The authors provide also some nice examples to their abstract results.
