The paper is concerned with multiplicity of solutions for the differential inclusion \(-\Delta_{p(x)} u+a(x)|u|^{p(x)-2}u\in \lambda \partial F(x,u)\) in \(\Omega\), subject to Neumann boundary conditions. Here \(\Omega\) is a smooth and bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^N\), \(\lambda>0\), and \(F\) is a locally Lipschitz function. By means of critical point theory for Lipschitz functionals, the authors establish the existence of at least three distinct solutions.
