The derivation starts from a quantum kinetic level represented by a one-particle \(d\)-dimensional Wigner equation, with a BGK collisional term that relaxes the system to local equilibrium (l.e.). The l.e. Wigner function is assumed to be given by the quantum maximum entropy principle under the constraints of some of the given macroscopic moments. These constraints provide the ramifications to diffusive equations, to isothermal hydrodynamics and to those versions which contain the moment equations with quantum corrections. A formal analysis is given for the case of irrotational fluids (for vanishing temperature limit, too). This is interesting in the Fermi-Dirac case of completely degenerate fluid which contains power-law diffusive and rotational terms and a limit Bohm potential. The \(T\to0\) limits of the Maxwell-Boltzmann and Bose-Einstein cases show a singular behaviour and it is stated, that a reasonable result can be given for the Bose-Einstein case with \(d\leq 2\) and irrotational fluids.
