Let \(G\) be a higer-rank semisimple Lie group over a non-Archimedean local field. To any lattice \(L\) of \(G\), there is an associated simplicial complex \(B_L\) given by the Bruhat-Tits theory. In this paper, the authors show that the simplicial complex structure of \(B_L\) realizes all simplicial symmetries of any simplicial complex homeomorphic to \(B_L\). Also, the authors prove a rigidity theorem characterizing arithmetic simplicial structures among all simplicial structures on the simplicial complex \(|B_L|\) of \(B_L\). These results can be regarded as the simplicial analogue of a theorem of Farb-Weinberger from Riemannian geometry.
