    The paper gives, in terms of the Łojasiewicz exponent, a sufficient condition for two germs of \(C^{2}\)-mappings at infinity to be isotopic. It is a generalization of results on \(C^{0}\)-sufficiency of jets by Kuiper and Kuo in local case. The main theorem of the paper is: Let \(f:\mathbb{K} ^{n}\rightarrow \mathbb{K}^{m}\), \(\mathbb{K=R}\) or \(\mathbb{K=C}\), \(m\leq n,\) be a \(C^{2}\)-mapping (holomorphic if \(\mathbb{K=C}\)). Assume that there exist \(k\in \mathbb{R}\) and \(C,R>0\) such that \[ \left| \left| df(x)^{\ast }\right| \right| \geq C\left| \left| x\right| \right| ^{k-1}\text{ \;for \;}\left| \left| x\right| \right| >R. \] Then there exists \(\varepsilon >0\) such that for any \(C^{2}\)-mapping \(P: \mathbb{K}^{n}\rightarrow \mathbb{K}^{m}\) satisfying the condition \[ \exists _{R>0}(\left| \left| x\right| \right| >R\Rightarrow \left| \left| P(x)\right| \right| \leq \varepsilon \left| \left| x\right| \right| ^{k}\wedge \left| \left| dP(x)\right| \right| \leq \varepsilon \left| \left| x\right| \right| ^{k-1}), \] the mappings \(f\) and \(f+P\) are isotopic (of \(C^{1}\)-class) at infinity. The case of functions (\(m=1\)) were considered by \textit{P. Cassou-Noguès} and \textit{H. H. Vui} [Ann. Fac. Sci. Toulouse, VI. Sér., Math. 5, No. 3, 387--406 (1996; Zbl 0876.57046)] and \textit{G. Skalski} [Bull. Sci. Math. 135, No. 5, 517--530 (2011; Zbl 1225.32032)].
