Differential-operator representations of \(S_n\) and singular vectors in Verma modules (Q453562)

In this paper the author finds explicit formulae for singular vectors in Verma modules for the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{sl}(n,\mathbb{C})\) in terms of a differential-operator representation of the symmetric group \(S_n\) on a certain space of truncated power series. The reader should be careful as the introduction to the paper contains a couple of incorrect claims, in particular, that the structure of a Verma module is completely determined by its singular vectors and that the composition multiplicities of simples in a Verma module are at most one. However, it seems that these inaccuracies do not affect the main results of the paper.
