The authors consider the dynamics of \(N\) electrons in a molecule with \(K\) atoms fixed at position \(\underline{R}=(R_1,\dots,R_K)\). Using the \(H\)-representability theory, they give an alternative derivation of a fermion correlation estimate proved previously and they essentially show that this inequality follows after specific conditions (G-condition or P-condition) given by Garrod, Percus and Coleman.
