    A homeomorphism \(f\) from a domain \(D \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) into \(\mathbb{R}^n\) is called a ring \(Q\)-homeomorphism with respect to the \(p\)-modulus, \(1< p \leq n\), at a point \(x_0 \in D\) if \[ M_p\big(f(\Gamma(S_1,S_2;R))\big) \leq \int_A Q(x)\eta(|x-x_o|)^p \, dm(x) \] holds for each annulus domain \(A\) centered at \(x_0\) with boundary spheres \(S_1\) and \(S_2\) and all measurable functions \(\eta : (r_1,r_2) \rightarrow [0,\infty]\) such that \(\int_{r_1}^{r_2} \eta \,ds \geq 1\). Here \(r_i\) is the radius of \(S_i\), \(M_p\) is the \(p\)-modulus and \(Q\) is a non-negative measurable function in \(D\). A homeomorphism \(f\) is a ring \(Q\)-homeomorphism at a point \(x_0 \in D\) if and only if \[ M_p\big(f(\Gamma(S_1,S_2;R))\big) \leq \omega_{n-1}I^{1-p},\quad\text{where}\quad I= \int_{r_1}^{r_2}r^{(n-1)/(1-p)}q_{x_o}^{1/(1-p)}(r)\,dr, \] and \(q_{x_o}(r)\) is the mean value of the function \(Q\) on \(S(r)\). For earlier results in this direction see [\textit{V. I. Ryazanov} and \textit{E. A. Sevost'yanov}, Sib. Mat. Zh. 48, No. 6, 1361--1376 (2007); translation in Sib. Math. J. 48, No. 6, 1093--1105 (2007; Zbl 1164.30364)]. A Schwartz type lemma is proved for ring \(Q\)-homeomorphisms \(f\) with \(f(0) = 0\): If \[ Q_0 = \liminf_{\varepsilon \rightarrow 0}m(B(\varepsilon))^{-1} \int_{B(\varepsilon)} Q\,dm < \infty, \] then \[ \liminf_{x \rightarrow 0}|f(x)|/|x| \leq c_0 Q_0^{1/((n-p)} \] provided that \(1<p<n\). The constant \(c_0\) depends only on \(p\) and \(n\). The proof is based on the estimation of the measure of a ball under a ring \(Q\)-homeomorphism.
