Summary: We study \(I\)-equivalence of the two nonnegative sequences \(x = (x_k)\) and \(y = (y_k)\). Also we define asymptotic \(I\)-regular matrices and obtain conditions for a matrix \(A = (a_{jk})\) to be asymptotic \(I\)-regular.
