The aim of the present paper is to investigate a generalization of the IP polynomial Szemerédi theorem due to \textit{V. Bergelson} and \textit{R. McCutcheon} [Mem. Am. Math. Soc. 695, 106 p. (2000; Zbl 0948.28010)] and the nilpotent Szemerédi theorem due to \textit{A. Leibman} [Geom. Funct. Anal. 8, No. 5, 853--931 (1998; Zbl 0917.28017)] though the generalization of McCucheon's IP polynomial multiple recurrence theorem to the nilpotent setting. The main result is illustrated by a generalization of Leibman's nilpotent multiple recurrence theorem according to which the polynomial mappings into a nilpotent group form a group and a multi-parameter version of the nilpotent Hales-Jewett theorem due to \textit{V. Bergelson} and \textit{A. Leibman} [J. Am. Math. Soc. 9, No. 3, 725--753 (1996; Zbl 0870.11015)].
