A class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with discontinuous activation and time-varying delays is studied. The existence of periodic solutions of such networks is proved by means of retarded differential inclusions and fixed point theory. Sufficient conditions for global exponential stability of the system under consideration are obtained by means of a generalized Lyapunov approach. Two numerical examples are provided in order to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
